Students: Per Ms. Gardias: All soloists, emcees and students in small group numbers are to arrive dressed with makeup at DHS at 3pm for a sound check. All others need to arrive at 3:30. There will be pizza delivered to DHS for a quick meal for students before departing to Great Bear at 4:45. Weather looks very warm for the weekend, please encourage your student to bring a water bottle with them. Upon arriving at Great Bear, students will begin blocking and 2nd sound checks so there is no time to go home and get food and change.
Families: Concert will begin at 7:30 and all families need to be seated at their designated family table by 7:15. Upon arrival, your family will be checked in at our Greeter’s table. Reminder, that DJUSD is only allowing four guests per student and per Yolo County and Great Bear guidelines, only one table assigned per family. In addition, masks must be worn unless seated at your table and no mingling between tables. There will be light refreshments, however due to the weather, you are welcome to bring in your own water. We are asking all families to help after the show with clean up, moving chairs/tables back to their designated spaces at the winery.
